1. Boil dal in the cooker the previous night but do not open the cooker.
2. Cut paneer into heart shape using mould as shown.
3. Make chapati dough and keep in sealed box.
All measurements are for one child.
1. Paneer fritters:
Ingredients :
Paneer or Cottage Cheese - 200 gms
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Salt
Dil leaves - 1 small sprig
Bread crumbs - of 2 slices
Milk - 2 tbsp

Olive oil for frying
Method :
Mix together cumin powder, salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano and finely chopped dil leaves.
Lightly dab the paneer slices on both sides with milk.
Now apply the powder on all sides of the paneer slices.
The powder will stick to the paneer since its slightly wet because of the milk.
Now roll the paneer slices in the bread crumbs powder and keep aside.
Take a shallow frying pan, add olive oil and fry the coated paneer slices on both sides till evenly golden.

Pack mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
2. Dal:
Ingredients :
Boiled Toor Dal or yellow lentil - 1 cup
Tomato chopped - 1 small
Cumin/Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Hing/Asofoetida - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Mash dal add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 chopped tomato and bring to boil.
Seasoning - Take a seasoning pan, add ghee, jeera and hing and when they begin to splutter add to the boiling dal.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
