Refreshing, healthy and easy to make this drink tops my list of summer drinks.
Curds - 1 cup or 250 gms
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece crushed
Green chillies - 1/2 - chopped and crushed lightly
Salt to taste
Aerated wate/Soda - 1 bottle
Ice cubes as required
Whisk/Beat the curds well in a vessel, along with cumin powder, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli and salt.
Now add the aerated water/Soda into the vessel.
Mix and serve immediately chilled with ice cubes.
