Chinese Stir fried Summer Vegetables

This is a simple Stir Fry of Fresh Summer vegetables in Chinese Style.
I make this stir fry sometimes as part of our dinner, but mostly as a late evening snack.
Choose the vegetables you like and Stir fry them my way, am sure you will like it.


Ingredients:
Ginger - 2 inch - sliced thin
Purple cabbage - 1 piece
Baby corn - 4
Yellow Pepper / Capsicum - 1
Red Pepper /Capsicum - 1
Spring onions - 4 ( both greens and whites)
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Hoisin sauce - 1 tsp
Dark Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Chinese five spice powder ( Optional ) - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Wash all the vegetables well and slice them into as thins strips as possible.
Now take a Chinese wok or Deep fry pan and add olive oil, when its very hot, add the ginger fry till it gives good aroma. Now add all the other vegetables and stir fry for maximum 3-5 mins. The vegetables should be crisp. Now add the sauces, vinegar and chinese five spice powder and fry to 1 min mixing well.
Chinese Stir fry Summer vegetables is ready.
