Here is a Smoothie that contains both mangoes and cherries which is both refreshing and healthy.Mangoes are packed with vitamins minerals and anti-oxidants and like all fruits contain very few fats and calories.

The smoothie taste is a perfect combination of the sweetness of the mangoes, and the slight sourness of the cherries. Very easy to make and yet so healthy. This drink is my own creation.
Yoghurt or curds - 1 cup
Mango - pulp of half 1 mango
Cherries - 8 - seed removed
Sugar - 1 tsp ( Optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or mixer for about 2 mins. Serve chilled garnished with a cherry.
