Tips for lunch box:
1. Make the Potato mix the previous day and keep in fridge.
2. Make Chapati or Roti dough the previous day.
All measurements are for one child.
1. Aloo Tikki
Ingredients:
Potato - 2 - boiled and peeledRed chilly powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Oil or butter or ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Mash potatoes and add in all the powders and coriander leaves and mix well.
Shape into flat round cutlets and shallow fry on low heat.
2. Paneer Roll
Ingredients:

Chapatis - 2
Mayonnaise - 2 tsp
Method:
Apply Mayonnaise to one side of the chapati, keep 1 tbsp of Paneer Burji and roll.
