"Masala Papad" - Sun Dried Rice Flour Crispies topped with spicy salad


"Masala Papad" is another lovely easy to make starter and served in all Indian restaurants all over the world.
Easy to make, healthy and quick....


Ingredients:
Papad/ Sun dried rice flour crispies - 4 - any brand - I use Punjabi lijjath papad
Tomato - 1 - finely chopped
Green chilly - 1 - finely chopped
Onion - 1 - finely chopped
Mint leaves - finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - finely chopped - 2 tbsp
lime juice - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Method:
Roast the papads on open flame.


Now take a large bowl, mix all the other ingredients well to make a salad. Check the salt and spice.
Add if required.
Top the roasted papads with this salad.
Serve immediately when crisp.
