Here is a Simple chicken Salad, which is healthy and can be eaten either as a meal or as part of a meal.
Easy and quick to make, and very healthy.
Serves 3
Ingredients:Roasted/Cooked chicken slices - 2 cups
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese - grated - as required
Garlic - finely chopped - 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper - as per taste
Croutons/sautéed or rebaked bread pieces - 1 cup

Method:
Take a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan and garlic, then season with Salt and Pepper.
When you are ready to eat, add the chicken slices, croutons and lettuce.
Mix well and sprinkle with extra Parmesan, if you like.
