Lebanese Potato Garlic Dip

A perfect accompaniment to the "falafel patties" is the Lebanese Potato Garlic Dip.
Easy and quick to make, this goes well with even Indian starters.


Ingredients:
Garlic - 1/4 cup - finely chopped
lemon juice - 3 tbsp - If you are using the Indian small ones, 2 tbsp is enough.
Potato - 1 - boiled, peeled and mashed
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to a smooth paste.
Refrigerate for some time before serving. Tastes yum!
