Ingredients:Elephant Yam pieces - 200 gms
Make a paste of Red chilly powder, Garam masala, Chaat masala, Salt and lemon juice.
Marinate the yam pieces in the masala by applying the paste evenly to all the pieces.
Allow to rest for atleast 20 minutes.
Grill or Shallow fry or Deep fry as desired, till the yam pieces are golden and well cooked.
Serve hot with Mint Chutney.
