Chicken wings - 500 gms
Cajun spice - 2 tbsp
Tabasco sauce - 1 or 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Corn flour as required - to coat
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Marinate the chicken wings with Cajun spice, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and salt for minimum 2 hrs in the fridge.
When ready to fry roll the marinated chicken wings in corn flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden, crispy and done.
Serve hot with a yoghurt dip or mayo.
