Coconut Coriander Chutney

Here is a simple Chutney that goes well with all kinds of south Indian breakfast dishes like Idli, Dosa and also also snacks like Vadas, Upma and other fritters.

Coconut - Fresh/desiccated - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 handful
Salt - 1 tsp
For seasoning:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly - 1 - broken into 2 pieces
Curry leaves - 4

Grind all the above ingredients to a semi smooth paste.
Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies fried in 1 tsp oil.
Serve as accompaniment to Idlis, Dosas, Vadas and fritters.
Goes perfectly with Uttapam.
