Chilly Garlic Prawn Spaghetti

Chilly Garlic prawn Spaghetti served with home made garlic bread - A perfect Sunday brunch.
Simple to make and mouth watering....

Serves 3
Spaghetti - 250 gms
Prawns - 250 gms
Garlic - 12 flakes
Butter - 50 gms
Dry Red chilly flakes - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Wash and de-vein the prawns. Drain excess water and keep on a paper towel to remove all the remaining moisture.
Meanwhile cook the spaghetti as per packet instructions.
Add salt and lemon juice to the prawns and mix well and keep aside  for 10 minutes.
Finely chop garlic and keep aside.
Now take a heavy bottomed pan or wok and add butter, and then add the garlic.
Fry till translucent, around 1 minute.
Now add the red chilly flakes and fry for 30 seconds, then add prawns and fry till the color of all the prawns changes to orangish pink.
Now add the drained spaghetti into this vessel and mix well.
Serve with home made garlic bread.
