A healthy, simple and quick to make dessert that am sure you will love...!!
Strawberries ( or raspberrries or blueberries) - 2 cups - chopped
Thick Yogurt or Cup curd - 1 cup
Oat meal cookies - crushed into bits - 5
Castor sugar or icing sugar for dusting - optional
Take long serving glasses, put the chopped berries at the bottom, then add some yogurt, then the cookie bits, and them top with chopped strawberries if you like!
A tasty and healthy dessert is ready.
Drizzle some icing sugar if you wish!!
