Dish #438 - Hot n Sweet Sticky Crabs

"Hot n Sweet Sticky Crabs" a lip smacking dish I recently made, using some basic Chinese sauces.
Inspired by some Chinese dishes... but with my own twist.

Blue Crabs (any other kind of crabs will also do) - 500 gms - Cleaned n Cut
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Sweet Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp.
Spring onions - chopped - 2 tbsp.
Ginger - 2 inch piece - sliced lengthwise
Garlic - 6 cloves - sliced lengthwise
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - only if required ( as most sauces have salt in them)
Oil - 2 tbsp

Take a large frying pan/wok, add the oil, keep on high heat till oil is almost smoking, then reduce the heat, add the garlic, ginger and spring onions, fry for about 30 secs, then add all the sauces, vinegar, honey and fry for 2 minutes till a thick n sticky sauce is formed.
Add the crabs and mix well so that all crabs are coated well with the sauce.
Serve hot.
