Watermelon Crush

Watermelon crush...a very good cooler for the summer..
Watermelon is not only delicious, but very healthy too.
Here is a very easy drink made from wateremelon which is both healthy and refreshing for this summer.
Ingredients:
Watermelon - 250 gms
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1tsp OR fresh ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Amchur/dry mango powder - 1 tsp OR lemon juice - 1tsp
Crushed ice - 2 cups

Method:
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Blend them in a mixer or juicer, along with the sugar, black salt, ginger powder/fresh ginger and amchur powder/lemon juice.
Strain the juice using a strainer.Take a glass, fill it half with crushed ice and then pour the watermelon juice into the glass to fill it up. Garnish with mint leaves while serving.
